We are a group of ex-law enforcement officers who know the products that we represent. The knowledge that we have from different divisions within our respective departments is a great combination to bring you the consumer the best products on the market.

We are located in Austin Texas and have been in business since 2006. Within the last 10 years we have built a great reputation by providing outstanding customer service. REFUND/ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CQB SOUTH. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds.

Returns are made at the discretion of CQB South who reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Should anyone return an item that we deem “worn”, we can arrange for customer pick up at the warehouse or ship back to you at your own expense.

Should merchandise be returned, the customer at their own discretion of carrier would pay for the shipping cost to our warehouse. On an exchange we would cover the shipping cost on the shipping back to the customer.

Please allow 10 days for processing of return orders once received.

Please contact customerservice@cqbsouth.com to receive a valid RMA number and for details regarding the return shipping address. Returns will not be processed without valid RMA number along with return slip.

If a return or replacement is due to our mistake in original packaging of order we would incur the cost of shipping back to you as well as refund your original shipping charge.

ORDER CANCELLATION: After an order has been placed with a credit card and the order is subsequently cancelled by the customer, a 5% (of the total order) cancellation fee will be charged to the customer. This charge is to cover merchant service fees. If the product is on backorder and the customer cannot wait for the product to come available, no fees will be assessed. 

We will make every effort to provide the best customer service in the business, I am sure there is a solution for every problem.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

US Delivery

Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses.

All orders are subject to verification.

Shipping is free on all items where the purchase value exceeds $99.00 within the continental 48 US states. There will be additional shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii.

The majority of the items that CQB South carries are drop shipped from the manufacturer or wholesale vendors. Delivery times vary depending on the demand of that particular item. Products being shipped directly from CQB South are shipped the same day if the order is received before 1:00 pm.

Delivery services vary with different manufactures and wholesale outlets. All orders from CQB South will be shipped via Fed Ex priority express.

International Deliveries

CQB South ships internationally on selected items. Products such as select night vision, body armor and other law enforcement items are regulated by the State Department and cannot be shipped abroad, (see specific items on restrictions).

FRAUD PREVENTION

At CQB South we take very strict precautions to ensure that many of our orders are verified in order to guard against fraud. Please note that we do use a credit card authorization system that verifies your credit card number to the billing address that the bank has on file. This means that using an address different than the actual credit card’s address may delay the package and cause us to put your order on hold until we can verify your information. We also ask that if possible, you use the same billing and shipping information for your order. Again, we may be forced to put the order on hold until we can verify all of the information on the order.

SECURITY

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address.
